First time there for a colleagues leaving do and I was very impressed, lovely food and polite staff, they looked after our group very well, will deffinately be going again!Thank you.
The staff are very welcoming, friendly and courteous. The inside is superb with high standard of decor and soft lighting. The food is fresh, beautiful and well presented.
Was expecting better not as good as it's reputation food was ok but had better elsewhere.
Absolutely terrible. The worst place IV ever been yet arriving at 7.45 for our table at 8.00 we got seated for 8.40 and then by 9.40 we had our food nearly two hours from getting there to getting food. When it did finally arrive it was very bland and came in parts. I paid my bill in full with no option of a partial refund offered but did make them aware of my experience and that it would be the last time I will be visiting there establishment. Also the rest of my party had the same opinion and won't be returning any time soon . I'm not one for leaving a bad review as normally if I find something not to my liking I put it down to my own personal tastes and don't review at all but in this circumstance I feel it should be out there for people to understand the kind of service they may expect. I'm sorry it's a bad review but honest money is being wasted here in my view.
This restaurant is our absolute favourite. Food is fantastic whether you are eating in or having a takeaway. The staff are amazing too, nothing too much trouble. It's 5* all the way. We recommend the Elachi to everyone
