Receptionist very abrupt dentist and dentists assistant spot on. Had a tooth out and two fillings over a week ago spot on. Dentist told me that the tooth I had out may take three to four days to settle down not his fault but it didnt it got infected. I then rang to say I needed some antibiotics to clear it up they wouldnt see me that day but offered following day appointment which was no good. I am 48 years old and do not need a lecture on antibiotics I just need some!! I will not be using this dentist again I am not the only person commenting on the rude receptionist!! You dont talk to people like that especially not when people are in pain who ever the clever one is leave nobody wants to listen and you are not doing the practice any good!!
Phoned to make an appointment and was told that I had missed appointments in 2011 the woman was rather rude, I find this rather strange as I had a dental appointment in 2015!! So clearly they have no idea what there on about!
Excellent service AGAIN! rang up on my husbands behalf as he was in a lot of pain. Nicky, the very friendly receptionist, was able to get him a same day emergency appointment with Mr Johnson. Mr Johnson was really good and soon sorted out the problem. Can't fault the care given at this practice.
