I ordered 6 ton bags for next day delivery turned up about 2.15 in the afternoon dont forget you pay extra for thisAnyway only 4 ton bags turned up driver said he didn't know even though it said 6 on the docket note so i phoned them up they said 2 got damaged in transit so i said i wanted to cancel the other 2 they said yes thats ok we will refund the money but that was las thursday so i have waited nearly a week still nothing they take money pretty much straight away so how come it takes so long for a refund???
Very unhelpful staff - Delivered stones far too big. Were supposed to be 50mm- 80m. Vast majority of stones had dimensions that far exceeded this. See picture. When I complained I they were awkward to deal with and I was made to pay to pay 70 collection fee.** Be careful what you order from this company and don't expect any level of Customer Service **

Ordered stone for delivery on Monday. Paid the extra delivery charge. Told the tonne bag was lost. I'm a landscaping company. Time is money.Cost me 600 plus not able to complete job.Will not use again
